INSURANCE
I am an out of network provider and accept credit cards as payment. I encourage clients who are interested in using out-of-network benefits to contact their insurance about out-of-network coverage. If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

How does nutrition actually help mental health?
Nutrition plays a crucial role in supporting mental health through several areas including brain structure & function, mood regulation, energy levels, stress response and the gut-brain connection. Deficiencies in certain vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and nutrients as well as imbalanced blood sugar can be detrimental to how we feel mentally and emotionally. The mind and body are interconnected.
What if I only want to do nutrition work and not mental health support?
Absolutely! If you’re only looking for nutrition and physical support at this time then please go to “Nutritional Services” and sign up for a FREE discovery call to talk about your needs.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment start time. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment start time the client forfeits that session and will not be reimbursed.
What experience do you have as a therapist?
I have been doing work in the field of mental health for the last 14 years. More recently through my own healing journey I have become deeply interested in the mind-body connection and how nutrition, soothing the nervous system and working through past trauma can bring people to greater overall health. I have experience working with several therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Training (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).
What’s an example of a diet or lifestyle change you may make with clients?
As an NTP I focus on the foundations of health–proper digestion, balanced blood sugar, adequate hydration, optimal mineral status and essential fatty acid status. Together we make changes to your diet and lifestyle based on which foundation your body shows a need for additional support. This could be as simple as taking walks after meals to balance blood sugar or more complex like working together to do food eliminations to identify sensitivies to your digestion. Whatever the change is, we work together to agree on the next best step for you, your body and your mental health.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds. Once you sign up and pre-pay it is your responsibility to utilize the sessions to their fullest.
