Hi, I’m Mary Beth!
I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and clinical social worker (LICSW).
I’m passionate about supporting women (non-binary folks & femmes) struggling with autoimmune disease to find physical and emotional wellness amidst the stress and dis-ease of daily living. So many of us with autoimmune disease feel like our body is against us when really our symptoms–chronic headaches, extreme PMS, digestive distress, weight gain, fatigue and brain fog–are our body’s way of telling us something needs attention and support. I believe our body is always communicating with us and wants what we want; like energy that sustains us, balanced moods, easy digestion, restful sleep and emotional capacity to be with our families and friends. If we give our body the right resoures we can find symptom relief & a greater sense of wellness in life. Let’s work together to listen to your body and align with all of your goals for health, healing and a thriving life!
