The first step towards optimal health should always be through nutrient dense, whole foods that nourish the body and bring us all into better health paired with a regulated and calm nervous system. But sometimes, even if you’re maxing out on organic vegetables and doing that 30-minute meditation everyday, the body may need a little boost. Especially as the nutrient value of our food is slowly declining due to soil issues from industrial farming. Supplements can give us that boost and can be a tool that supports the body back into balance. This tool can be used consistently or sporadically, but it’s good to have in your back pocket when you need it.

FAQs
What do we talk about at the free consultation?
At our free 30 minute consultation we will talk about what’s been going on with your health and the reason you’re reaching out, what your health goals are and how I may be able to support you going forward.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment start time. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment start time the client forfeits that session and will not be reimbursed.
Are phone calls and emails limited?
If you sign up for Mind + Body Reset program emails are unlimited for the duration of your program.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds. Once you sign up and pre-pay it is your responsibility to utilize the sessions to their fullest.
